Names produced by our tools

The names our tools generate are produced algorithmically from what you enter. We make no claim of ownership over them and you are free to use them. Equally, we cannot guarantee that any generated name is original, unused, or legally available.

This matters most for commercial use. A name being generated here does not mean it is free of existing trademark rights, available as a domain, or usable as a company name in your jurisdiction. Our content

The written guides, tool code, design and branding on this site belong to Namethistle and are protected by copyright. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions or reproduce our tools.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Namethistle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this site or reliance on anything generated by it, including commercial losses from a naming decision.
